Atomic Bomb effected tombs (heat blust)

Some tomb stones are found about 50m from the Atomic-Bomb Dome in Hiroshima, Japan.

Some tombstones are still there since the Atomic bomb exploded and we can see  what happened here.

You can see the difference between the surface of top and side. Top surface is rough and the side is smooth to keep the original condition.

The location is within 100m horizontal distance (hypocenter is about 600m in the air) and excessive heat attacked from top,

then quarts of granite were burst in a moment due to thermal denaturation .  The tomb was blown off by the blast after that.

Surface comparison

large circle was rough surface by atomic bomb heat effect, smaller circle is remain original smooth surface.
