Okonomiyaki source for Hiroshima local food
Okonomi-yaki is one of famous Hiroshima local cuisine. There is Hiroshima-stlye and Osaka-style. I do not mention which is better today, but I like both style.
There is some difference between Osaka-style and Hiroshima-style, such as method of cooking, ing ingredients, layer structure and more.
However, common things is “Okonomi source” is on its top. Most Okonomi source is dark brown color and taste is consist of little spicy and some sweet taste.
I think “Otafuku-source” is most famous brand. On the other hand, there are many Okonomi-source manufacturer and they have their characteristics and fans.
I watched an Okonomiyaki-restaurant opened in Pari, France and thy mentioned its taste is so fresh for Parisienne and they really liked.
